The rotating component transfers energy to the pumped liquid. Vane geometry, clearances and the shaft connection follow the specified pump design.

Material options

UNS C95800Nickel-aluminium bronze

An option for seawater-wetted castings where corrosion resistance and strength are important. Casting condition, water quality and flow conditions require review.

Select the grade against the drawing, duty conditions and applicable material standard. These candidates are not interchangeable and do not establish confirmed manufacturing scope.

Hydraulic geometry
2D drawing and 3D model; vane profile, inlet eye, outlet diameter, blade thickness and open or closed configuration.
Shaft fit & rotation
Hub bore, keyway or other connection, rotation direction, operating speed and mating clearances.
Acceptance criteria
Specified balance grade and who performs balancing; surface finish, dimensional checks and any non-destructive examination.
Material specification
Alloy grade, governing material standard, casting condition and any restricted substances.
Order & acceptance
Drawing revision, quantity, delivery condition, critical tolerances, inspection methods and required documentation.
