Inquiry information

The form collects the name, contact details, email, project requirements and source page you provide, to understand and respond to your inquiry. Messages are delivered to jxzr@jxzhiren.com. Do not include passwords, payment information or unrelated personal data. This website has no public drawing upload.

Drawings and confidential files

Contact us by email to agree a file exchange method. For confidential documents, use an encrypted file and communicate its password through a separate channel, such as a phone call. Remove unrelated personal data and confirm you are authorized to share the file. An email attachment is not a signed confidentiality agreement.

Analytics and preferences

Google Analytics 4 loads only after you allow analytics. It measures page visits, inquiry submission results, and email or WhatsApp link clicks. Form names, emails, contact details, messages and drawing contents are not sent as analytics event parameters. You can change your analytics preference from the footer. Declining analytics does not prevent inquiries.

Operations and external services

Server access logs may include IP addresses, request paths and browser information for website operations and troubleshooting. WordPress administrator login uses necessary authentication cookies. Pages may load fonts from Google Fonts. Analytics, fonts, email, and external services you open such as WhatsApp or LinkedIn process data under their respective policies.

Storage and contact

Inquiry emails are held in the business mailbox. Logs and analytics data are retained according to each system configuration. To ask about, update or request deletion of inquiry information you submitted, email jxzr@jxzhiren.com with the relevant project. Specific retention periods and confidentiality arrangements should be confirmed with us.
