Bronze bushing

Identify the required geometry, material and acceptance criteria for your drawing-based casting enquiry. Illustrations and material options are not a stock catalogue or a statement of approved supply scope.

CASTING COMPONENT

Bronze bushing

Radial shaft support

Supports relative shaft movement through a specified bearing surface. Load, motion and lubrication determine the material and clearance.

Material options

UNS C93200Leaded tin bronze

A bearing-alloy candidate valued for machinability and bearing behaviour. Lubrication, load, speed and mating-shaft condition govern suitability; it is not inherently dry-running.

UNS C95400Aluminium bronze

A candidate for bearing, gear and wear components where strength and wear resistance are important. Check lubrication, counterface material and service conditions.

Select the grade against the drawing, duty conditions and applicable material standard. These candidates are not interchangeable and do not establish confirmed manufacturing scope.
