COMPONENT REQUIREMENTS

Transformer bushing terminal

Define the geometry, material, delivery condition and acceptance criteria for the selected application. Manufacturing scope requires review of the approved drawing and operating requirements.

COMPONENT GUIDE

Transformer bushing terminal

Metal connection at an electrical bushing end

Connects the bushing conductor to the specified external conductor.

Manufacturing & delivery form
Copper terminal casting with agreed threads and contact-face machining.

This is a metal terminal, not the ceramic/composite insulator or complete bushing assembly.

Material candidates

UNS C81100 Cast copper

A candidate for drawing-specified conductive cast components.

Candidate for drawing review only. Confirm finished-part conductivity and contact geometry; purity alone does not establish assembly performance. Zhiren availability is unconfirmed.

UNS C81500 Cast chromium copper

A candidate where the design calls for a balance of conductivity and mechanical properties.

Candidate for drawing review only. Confirm heat treatment, delivery condition and actual inspection results; it is not wrought C18150. Zhiren availability is unconfirmed.

Confirm the drawing, actual duty, material standard and manufacturing condition. Material substitutions require customer approval, and supply scope is agreed after component review.

Component RFQ requirements

Terminal interfaces
Connection profile, conductor bore, thread details and mating dimensions.
Conductive acceptance
Specified alloy condition, finished-part conductivity and contact-resistance criteria.
Surface & sealing
Coating, face finish, any sealing interface and assignment of assembly tests.
Material specification
Alloy grade, governing standard and revision, manufacturing condition and any restricted substances.
Order & acceptance
Approved drawing revision, quantity, blank or machined delivery, inspection criteria and required records.

Start with your drawing, specified alloy and quantity. Include the required delivery condition and acceptance records so the manufacturing and inspection scope can be reviewed.
