COMPONENT GUIDE

Socket liner

Spherical support seat below the crushing head in the relevant cone-crusher design.

Provides the specified spherical sliding contact surface at the socket.

Manufacturing & delivery form
Ring or bowl-shaped casting blank with spherical machining assessed separately.

A socket liner is distinct from an ore-contact crushing liner. Numerical alloy grades are associated candidates, not a confirmed model specification.

Material candidates

UNS C93200 Leaded tin bronze

Candidate for lubricated bushings, bearings and thrust interfaces.

Contains lead. Confirm load, speed, shaft condition and lubrication; no dry-running capability is implied.

UNS C93700 High-leaded tin bronze

Candidate for specified lubricated bearing interfaces.

Contains lead. Higher lead content does not establish a suitable load capacity; confirm the equipment specification.

UNS C86300 Manganese brass / manganese bronze

Candidate for specified heavily loaded sliding parts and nut blanks.

A high-strength brass family, not tin bronze. Confirm the counterface and lubrication; no universal wear-life claim applies.

Confirm the drawing, actual duty, material standard and manufacturing condition. Material substitutions require customer approval, and supply scope is agreed after component review.

Component RFQ requirements

Spherical profile
Approved radius/profile, envelope, thickness and machining allowance.
Contact pattern
Mating head geometry, required contact distribution and surface finish.
Oil grooves
Groove pattern, lubricant and oil-feed interfaces.
Assembly & load
Crusher model, installed position, seating fit and specified loads.
Material & acceptance
Specified alloy and standard, supply condition, drawing revision, quantity, inspection criteria and required records.
Supply form
Ring or bowl-shaped casting blank with spherical machining assessed separately.

Start with your drawing, specified alloy and quantity. Include the required delivery condition and acceptance records so the manufacturing and inspection scope can be reviewed.
