COMPONENT GUIDE

Main shaft bushing

Drawing-defined sliding support around the crusher main shaft.

Provides a replaceable bearing surface at the specified main-shaft interface.

Manufacturing & delivery form
Cast sleeve blank with machining scope agreed per component.

The bushing is separate from the steel main shaft. Identify main-shaft and head-bushing terminology from the approved drawing.

Material candidates

UNS C93200 Leaded tin bronze

Candidate for lubricated bushings, bearings and thrust interfaces.

Contains lead. Confirm load, speed, shaft condition and lubrication; no dry-running capability is implied.

UNS C93700 High-leaded tin bronze

Candidate for specified lubricated bearing interfaces.

Contains lead. Higher lead content does not establish a suitable load capacity; confirm the equipment specification.

OEM-specified grade Aluminium bronze family

A material-family candidate for an approved crusher-bushing design.

Specify the exact alloy and governing standard from the approved equipment drawing; a family name alone is insufficient.

Confirm the drawing, actual duty, material standard and manufacturing condition. Material substitutions require customer approval, and supply scope is agreed after component review.

Component RFQ requirements

Part identity
Crusher model, approved drawing and installation location.
Concentric features
Bore, outside diameter, length, coaxiality and roundness requirements.
Mating shaft
Shaft material, hardness, surface finish and running clearance.
Bearing conditions
Load, shaft movement, oil supply and groove arrangement.
Material & acceptance
Specified alloy and standard, supply condition, drawing revision, quantity, inspection criteria and required records.
Supply form
Cast sleeve blank with machining scope agreed per component.

Start with your drawing, specified alloy and quantity. Include the required delivery condition and acceptance records so the manufacturing and inspection scope can be reviewed.
