COMPONENT GUIDE

Countershaft bushing

Countershaft or pinion-shaft support in a specified crusher.

Supports the rotating countershaft through the specified sliding interface.

Manufacturing & delivery form
Cast tube or sleeve blank with agreed machining.

The bronze bushing is separate from the countershaft. Confirm both the shaft interfaces and the model-specific bearing arrangement.

Material candidates

UNS C93200 Leaded tin bronze

Candidate for lubricated bushings, bearings and thrust interfaces.

Contains lead. Confirm load, speed, shaft condition and lubrication; no dry-running capability is implied.

UNS C93700 High-leaded tin bronze

Candidate for specified lubricated bearing interfaces.

Contains lead. Higher lead content does not establish a suitable load capacity; confirm the equipment specification.

Confirm the drawing, actual duty, material standard and manufacturing condition. Material substitutions require customer approval, and supply scope is agreed after component review.

Component RFQ requirements

Bushing geometry
Bore, outside diameter, length, shoulders and oil-groove positions.
Shaft interface
Shaft hardness, finish, housing fit and operating clearance.
Rotating duty
Shaft speed, load direction and operating temperature.
Lubrication
Lubricant, feed holes, grooves and contamination conditions.
Material & acceptance
Specified alloy and standard, supply condition, drawing revision, quantity, inspection criteria and required records.
Supply form
Cast tube or sleeve blank with agreed machining.

Start with your drawing, specified alloy and quantity. Include the required delivery condition and acceptance records so the manufacturing and inspection scope can be reviewed.
