COMPONENT REQUIREMENTS

Electrical terminal body

Define the geometry, material, delivery condition and acceptance criteria for the selected application. Manufacturing scope requires review of the approved drawing and operating requirements.

COMPONENT GUIDE

Electrical terminal body

Fixed cable-to-equipment connection

Locates the conductor and its drawing-defined fastening/contact interfaces.

Manufacturing & delivery form
Terminal-body casting with agreed machining and surface treatment.

Spring contacts, contact coatings and complete terminal systems are separate scopes.

Material candidates

UNS C81100 Cast copper

A candidate for drawing-specified conductive cast components.

Candidate for drawing review only. Confirm finished-part conductivity and contact geometry; purity alone does not establish assembly performance. Zhiren availability is unconfirmed.

UNS C81500 Cast chromium copper

A candidate where the design calls for a balance of conductivity and mechanical properties.

Candidate for drawing review only. Confirm heat treatment, delivery condition and actual inspection results; it is not wrought C18150. Zhiren availability is unconfirmed.

Confirm the drawing, actual duty, material standard and manufacturing condition. Material substitutions require customer approval, and supply scope is agreed after component review.

Component RFQ requirements

Cable interface
Conductor form, bore, cable-contact geometry and fastening arrangement.
Electrical acceptance
Finished-part conductivity, contact resistance and specified test method.
Surface & assembly
Coating, contact-face finish, mechanical fastening and inspection responsibility.
Material specification
Alloy grade, governing standard and revision, manufacturing condition and any restricted substances.
Order & acceptance
Approved drawing revision, quantity, blank or machined delivery, inspection criteria and required records.

Start with your drawing, specified alloy and quantity. Include the required delivery condition and acceptance records so the manufacturing and inspection scope can be reviewed.
