COMPONENT GUIDE

Guide wear plate

Replaceable sliding face in an auxiliary guide mechanism.

Provides a specified contact surface between sliding components.

Manufacturing & delivery form
Plate casting or cast-stock blank with agreed face machining.

This is a sliding wear plate, not a direct ore-impact crushing liner. C93200 is only a candidate for suitable lubricated lower-load positions.

Material candidates

UNS C95400 Aluminium bronze

Candidate for drawing-defined loaded sliding and wear components.

Review mating material, lubrication and supply condition. C95400 and C95800 are distinct grades.

UNS C86300 Manganese brass / manganese bronze

Candidate for specified heavily loaded sliding parts and nut blanks.

A high-strength brass family, not tin bronze. Confirm the counterface and lubrication; no universal wear-life claim applies.

UNS C93200 Leaded tin bronze

Candidate for lubricated bushings, bearings and thrust interfaces.

Contains lead. Confirm load, speed, shaft condition and lubrication; no dry-running capability is implied.

Confirm the drawing, actual duty, material standard and manufacturing condition. Material substitutions require customer approval, and supply scope is agreed after component review.

Component RFQ requirements

Plate geometry
Length, width, thickness, recesses and mounting-hole positions.
Contact pair
Counterface material, contact area, surface finish and flatness.
Sliding duty
Contact load, speed, travel and movement direction.
Service conditions
Lubrication, dust, contamination and temperature.
Material & acceptance
Specified alloy and standard, supply condition, drawing revision, quantity, inspection criteria and required records.
Supply form
Plate casting or cast-stock blank with agreed face machining.

Start with your drawing, specified alloy and quantity. Include the required delivery condition and acceptance records so the manufacturing and inspection scope can be reviewed.
