COMPONENT GUIDE

Bearing bushing / sleeve bearing

Sliding support in a pump or auxiliary mechanism

Supports drawing-defined relative motion against a specified shaft.

Manufacturing & delivery form
Tube or ring blank with finish machining; casting route requires confirmation.

Not every pump bearing is bronze. Leaded bearing material is not automatically acceptable at a wetted interface.

Material candidates

UNS C93200 Leaded tin bronze

A candidate for specified lubricated bearing components.

Candidate for drawing review only. Contains lead; neither dry-running ability nor wetted-service acceptance is implied. Zhiren availability is unconfirmed.

UNS C95400 Aluminium bronze

A candidate for specified wear, guidance or structural components.

Candidate for drawing review only. Confirm load, counterface, lubrication and condition; it is distinct from C95800. Zhiren availability is unconfirmed.

Confirm the drawing, actual duty, material standard and manufacturing condition. Material substitutions require customer approval, and supply scope is agreed after component review.

Component RFQ requirements

Bushing geometry
Bore, outside diameter, length, oil grooves, shoulders and housing fit.
Counterface & fit
Shaft material, hardness, finish and running clearance.
Bearing duty
Load, speed, lubrication, temperature and contamination or fluid exposure.
Material specification
Alloy grade, governing standard and revision, manufacturing condition and any restricted substances.
Order & acceptance
Approved drawing revision, quantity, blank or machined delivery, inspection criteria and required records.

Start with your drawing, specified alloy and quantity. Include the required delivery condition and acceptance records so the manufacturing and inspection scope can be reviewed.
