CASTING COMPONENT

Pump wear ring

Pump casing / impeller clearance

A replaceable ring limits internal recirculation at the impeller interface. It is a wear component, not a mechanical-seal face.

Material options

UNS C95800Nickel-aluminium bronze

An option for seawater-wetted castings where corrosion resistance and strength are important. Casting condition, water quality and flow conditions require review.

Select the grade against the drawing, duty conditions and applicable material standard. These candidates are not interchangeable and do not establish confirmed manufacturing scope.
