CASTING COMPONENT

Globe-valve disc

Drawing-defined globe valve

Moves with the stem to regulate or stop flow at the seat. Disc profile and sealing materials must match the specified valve design.

Material options

EN CC491K · CuSn5Zn5Pb5-CLeaded gunmetal

Used in pump and valve castings for its castability, machinability and corrosion resistance. Confirm service conditions and any restrictions on lead.

Select the grade against the drawing, duty conditions and applicable material standard. These candidates are not interchangeable and do not establish confirmed manufacturing scope.
