Check valve disc / flap

Identify the required geometry, material and acceptance criteria for your drawing-based casting enquiry. Illustrations and material options are not a stock catalogue or a statement of approved supply scope.

Illustrative Check valve disc / flap
Generated part illustration, not a Zhiren product photograph or an engineering drawing. Final geometry follows your controlled drawing.

CASTING COMPONENT

Check valve disc / flap

Swing-check valve hinge and seat

The hinged closure opens with forward flow and returns to its seat to limit reverse flow. Other check-valve designs use different closure geometry.

Material options

EN CC491K · CuSn5Zn5Pb5-CLeaded gunmetal

Used in pump and valve castings for its castability, machinability and corrosion resistance. Confirm service conditions and any restrictions on lead.

UNS C95800Nickel-aluminium bronze

An option for seawater-wetted castings where corrosion resistance and strength are important. Casting condition, water quality and flow conditions require review.

Select the grade against the drawing, duty conditions and applicable material standard. These candidates are not interchangeable and do not establish confirmed manufacturing scope.
