CASTING COMPONENT

Cast heat-exchanger tubesheet

Heat-exchanger tube-bundle interface

Locates tube ends and separates fluid regions in a drawing-defined exchanger. Only specify a casting where the design permits a cast tube sheet.

Material options

UNS C95800Nickel-aluminium bronze

An option for seawater-wetted castings where corrosion resistance and strength are important. Casting condition, water quality and flow conditions require review.

Select the grade against the drawing, duty conditions and applicable material standard. These candidates are not interchangeable and do not establish confirmed manufacturing scope.
