Bronze wear / slide plate

Identify the required geometry, material and acceptance criteria for your drawing-based casting enquiry. Illustrations and material options are not a stock catalogue or a statement of approved supply scope.

Illustrative Bronze wear / slide plate
Generated part illustration, not a Zhiren product photograph or an engineering drawing. Final geometry follows your controlled drawing.

CASTING COMPONENT

Bronze wear / slide plate

Sliding guide or replaceable wear surface

Provides a sacrificial sliding surface in a specified guide mechanism. Bronze alone does not imply self-lubricating or dry-running performance.

Material options

UNS C95400Aluminium bronze

A candidate for bearing, gear and wear components where strength and wear resistance are important. Check lubrication, counterface material and service conditions.

UNS C95800Nickel-aluminium bronze

An option for seawater-wetted castings where corrosion resistance and strength are important. Casting condition, water quality and flow conditions require review.

Select the grade against the drawing, duty conditions and applicable material standard. These candidates are not interchangeable and do not establish confirmed manufacturing scope.
