COMPONENT GUIDE

Water connection body

Meter or valve connection to water pipework

Provides the specified threaded, flanged or sealing transition.

Manufacturing & delivery form
Complex cast body with connection machining; forged or stock-machined alternatives require separate review.

The product name alone does not establish a casting route or potable-water approval.

Material candidates

UNS C89833 Bismuth tin bronze

A candidate low-lead alternative for specified wetted components.

Candidate for drawing review only. Composition alone does not establish final-product approval; confirm the OEM specification and required evaluation. Zhiren availability is unconfirmed.

UNS C87600 Cast copper-silicon alloy

A candidate for drawing-specified connection or support components.

Candidate for drawing review only. Confirm functional requirements and casting condition; do not substitute wrought copper-silicon or brass grades by family name. Zhiren availability is unconfirmed.

Confirm the drawing, actual duty, material standard and manufacturing condition. Material substitutions require customer approval, and supply scope is agreed after component review.
