COMPONENT REQUIREMENTS

Valve bonnet

Define the geometry, material, delivery condition and acceptance criteria for the selected application. Manufacturing scope requires review of the approved drawing and operating requirements.

COMPONENT GUIDE

Valve bonnet

Body closure and stem-exit region of the specified fire valve

Closes the body and locates the stem and packing interfaces.

Manufacturing & delivery form
Cast bonnet with agreed machining.

Outside screw and yoke describes a valve arrangement, not a material or casting certification. The body and bonnet specification must be checked separately.

Material candidates

UNS C83600 Leaded red brass

A candidate for specified cast valve bodies, covers and connection housings.

An application candidate, not a confirmed equipment bill of materials or available Zhiren grade. Do not default to potable-water use.

Confirm the drawing, actual duty, material standard and manufacturing condition. Material substitutions require customer approval, and supply scope is agreed after component review.

Component RFQ requirements

Body joint
Define bonnet thread or flange, bolt pattern, gasket profile and mating-body drawing.
Stem passage
Specify packing bore, stem clearance, guide geometry, datums and required alignment.
Seal surfaces
Provide flatness, finish, engagement and machining allowance requirements.
Material and duty
Identify the approved alloy and condition, design pressure/temperature and inspection criteria.
Release records
Define first-article approval, traceability, drawing-change control and responsibility for assembled-valve qualification.

Start with your drawing, specified alloy and quantity. Include the required delivery condition and acceptance records so the manufacturing and inspection scope can be reviewed.
