Component RFQ requirements

Ring geometry: Inside/outside diameters, width, steps and retention arrangement.
Clearance & pair: Cold/hot design clearance, mating material, hardness and temperature.
Machining: Roundness, concentricity, surface finish, allowances and final inspection.
Material specification: Alloy grade, governing standard and revision, manufacturing condition and any restricted substances.
Order & acceptance: Approved drawing revision, quantity, blank or machined delivery, inspection criteria and required records.
