COMPONENT REQUIREMENTS

Circulation pump shaft sleeve

Define the geometry, material, delivery condition and acceptance criteria for the selected application. Manufacturing scope requires review of the approved drawing and operating requirements.

COMPONENT GUIDE

Circulation pump shaft sleeve

Specified shaft-seal or protection region of a circulation pump

Provides the drawing-defined replaceable surface between shaft and sealing or wear interface.

Manufacturing & delivery form
Sleeve blank or machined bar/tube stock; casting method to be agreed.

Only include a sleeve when the actual pump design uses it. A wet-rotor circulator cannot be assumed to contain a bronze sleeve.

Material candidates

UNS C90500 Tin bronze

A candidate for specified pump and valve components.

Review the actual medium, mating materials and manufacturing condition. Material data do not establish component pressure, wear life or pump performance.

UNS C83600 Leaded red brass

A candidate for specified cast valve bodies, covers and connection housings.

An application candidate, not a confirmed equipment bill of materials or available Zhiren grade. Do not default to potable-water use.

Confirm the drawing, actual duty, material standard and manufacturing condition. Material substitutions require customer approval, and supply scope is agreed after component review.

Component RFQ requirements

Shaft interface
Specify bore, length, shoulders, retention, interference or clearance and reference datums.
Seal contact
Identify packing or mechanical-seal arrangement, contact diameter, grooves and surface finish.
Geometry acceptance
Define roundness, coaxiality, wall section and finished dimensions from the approved drawing.
Duty and pairing
Provide speed, water chemistry, temperature, lubrication and mating-material requirements.
Manufacturing form
Choose agreed cast blank or bar/tube route, machining scope, material standard and inspection records.

Start with your drawing, specified alloy and quantity. Include the required delivery condition and acceptance records so the manufacturing and inspection scope can be reviewed.
