COMPONENT GUIDE

Eccentric bushing

Sliding interface within the crusher eccentric assembly.

Forms the specified sliding bearing interface around an eccentric component.

Manufacturing & delivery form
Specified sleeve casting blank with rough or finish machining agreed per drawing.

Identify inner or outer eccentric bushing separately. Material substitution cannot correct an unresolved lubrication or clearance problem.

Material candidates

UNS C93200 Leaded tin bronze

Candidate for lubricated bushings, bearings and thrust interfaces.

Contains lead. Confirm load, speed, shaft condition and lubrication; no dry-running capability is implied.

UNS C93700 High-leaded tin bronze

Candidate for specified lubricated bearing interfaces.

Contains lead. Higher lead content does not establish a suitable load capacity; confirm the equipment specification.

UNS C95400 Aluminium bronze

Candidate for drawing-defined loaded sliding and wear components.

Review mating material, lubrication and supply condition. C95400 and C95800 are distinct grades.

Confirm the drawing, actual duty, material standard and manufacturing condition. Material substitutions require customer approval, and supply scope is agreed after component review.

Component RFQ requirements

Eccentric geometry
Part number, inner/outer position, diameters, offsets and machining datums.
Fits
Roundness, running clearance at the specified condition and mating shaft dimensions.
Oil circuit
Grooves, oil passages, lubricant, oil temperature and supply conditions.
Condition record
Wear or burnout location, shaft damage and relevant operating history.
Material & acceptance
Specified alloy and standard, supply condition, drawing revision, quantity, inspection criteria and required records.
Supply form
Specified sleeve casting blank with rough or finish machining agreed per drawing.

Start with your drawing, specified alloy and quantity. Include the required delivery condition and acceptance records so the manufacturing and inspection scope can be reviewed.
