COMPONENT REQUIREMENTS

Mounting bracket / support casting

Define the geometry, material, delivery condition and acceptance criteria for the selected application. Manufacturing scope requires review of the approved drawing and operating requirements.

COMPONENT GUIDE

Mounting bracket / support casting

Outdoor switchgear or insulating-component support

Carries a drawing-defined mechanical support or mounting function.

Manufacturing & delivery form
Support casting with pin-hole, fastener-hole and mounting-face machining.

A support is not automatically a current-carrying part. Electrical clearances remain an equipment-design responsibility.

Material candidates

UNS C87600 Cast copper-silicon alloy

A candidate for drawing-specified connection or support components.

Candidate for drawing review only. Confirm functional requirements and casting condition; do not substitute wrought copper-silicon or brass grades by family name. Zhiren availability is unconfirmed.

UNS C95400 Aluminium bronze

A candidate for specified wear, guidance or structural components.

Candidate for drawing review only. Confirm design loads, corrosion exposure and material condition; C95400 and C95800 are distinct grades. Zhiren availability is unconfirmed.

UNS C81100 Cast copper

A candidate for drawing-specified conductive cast components.

Only for a drawing that explicitly assigns a current-carrying function; do not treat it as the default structural material. Finished-part acceptance and Zhiren availability require confirmation.

Confirm the drawing, actual duty, material standard and manufacturing condition. Material substitutions require customer approval, and supply scope is agreed after component review.

Component RFQ requirements

Mechanical duty
Loads, load directions, mounting arrangement and any repeated movement.
Mounting geometry
Hole positions, fits, contact surfaces and critical sections.
Environment & function
Outdoor exposure, corrosion requirements and whether the component also carries current.
Material specification
Alloy grade, governing standard and revision, manufacturing condition and any restricted substances.
Order & acceptance
Approved drawing revision, quantity, blank or machined delivery, inspection criteria and required records.

Start with your drawing, specified alloy and quantity. Include the required delivery condition and acceptance records so the manufacturing and inspection scope can be reviewed.
