COMPONENT GUIDE

Cast grounding clamp body

Ground conductor-to-equipment or electrode connection

Provides the specified fixed clamping interface in a grounding connection.

Manufacturing & delivery form
Clamp casting with thread and contact-face machining; route confirmed per drawing.

Clamp material alone does not establish grounding-system conformity.

Material candidates

UNS C87600 Cast copper-silicon alloy

A candidate for drawing-specified connection or support components.

Candidate for drawing review only. Confirm functional requirements and casting condition; do not substitute wrought copper-silicon or brass grades by family name. Zhiren availability is unconfirmed.

UNS C81100 Cast copper

A candidate for drawing-specified conductive cast components.

Candidate for drawing review only. Confirm finished-part conductivity and contact geometry; purity alone does not establish assembly performance. Zhiren availability is unconfirmed.

Confirm the drawing, actual duty, material standard and manufacturing condition. Material substitutions require customer approval, and supply scope is agreed after component review.

Component RFQ requirements

Connection layout
Conductor and electrode types, diameters, interface geometry and fasteners.
Mechanical & environment
Clamping criteria, exposure, connected metals and corrosion conditions.
Electrical acceptance
Required connection-resistance checks, product requirements and test responsibility.
Material specification
Alloy grade, governing standard and revision, manufacturing condition and any restricted substances.
Order & acceptance
Approved drawing revision, quantity, blank or machined delivery, inspection criteria and required records.

Start with your drawing, specified alloy and quantity. Include the required delivery condition and acceptance records so the manufacturing and inspection scope can be reviewed.
