COMPONENT GUIDE

Cast busbar connector

Busbar branch or shaped transition

Joins a drawing-defined current path through a shaped conductive connection.

Manufacturing & delivery form
Shaped copper casting with agreed contact-face and hole machining.

A shaped cast busbar connection and conventional straight rolled busbar have different manufacturing forms. Specify the required component and delivery condition.

Material candidates

UNS C81100 Cast copper

A candidate for drawing-specified conductive cast components.

Candidate for drawing review only. Confirm finished-part conductivity and contact geometry; purity alone does not establish assembly performance. Zhiren availability is unconfirmed.

Confirm the drawing, actual duty, material standard and manufacturing condition. Material substitutions require customer approval, and supply scope is agreed after component review.

Component RFQ requirements

Connection drawing
Cross-section, branch geometry, contact-face dimensions and hole spacing.
Conductive duty
Specified current duty, operating temperature and finished-part conductivity acceptance.
Contact assembly
Flatness, surface treatment, fastening and contact-resistance or assembly-verification responsibility.
Material specification
Alloy grade, governing standard and revision, manufacturing condition and any restricted substances.
Order & acceptance
Approved drawing revision, quantity, blank or machined delivery, inspection criteria and required records.

Start with your drawing, specified alloy and quantity. Include the required delivery condition and acceptance records so the manufacturing and inspection scope can be reviewed.
