COMPONENT REQUIREMENTS

Globe / check valve disc

Define the geometry, material, delivery condition and acceptance criteria for the selected application. Manufacturing scope requires review of the approved drawing and operating requirements.

Illustrative Globe / check valve disc
Generated component illustration. It is not a Zhiren product photograph or an engineering drawing; final geometry follows the controlled drawing.

COMPONENT GUIDE

Globe / check valve disc

Moving closure in the specified valve

Closes or regulates the drawing-defined flow passage against its matching seat.

Manufacturing & delivery form
Disc or flap casting with agreed sealing-face and pin/stem-interface machining.

Globe discs and swing-check flaps have different geometry. The illustration is a family example, not an interchangeable design.

Material candidates

UNS C83600 Leaded red brass

A candidate for specified pump, valve and fitting castings.

Candidate for drawing review only. Contains lead; potable-water suitability must not be assumed. Zhiren availability is unconfirmed.

UNS C90500 Tin bronze

A candidate for drawing-specified pump, valve and friction components.

Candidate for drawing review only. Confirm medium, loading, manufacturing condition and the governing standard. Zhiren availability is unconfirmed.

UNS C95800 Nickel aluminium bronze

A candidate for specified saline-water and wear components.

Candidate for drawing review only. Review water chemistry, flow, mating metals and casting condition; no corrosion or cavitation guarantee. Zhiren availability is unconfirmed.

Confirm the drawing, actual duty, material standard and manufacturing condition. Material substitutions require customer approval, and supply scope is agreed after component review.

Component RFQ requirements

Closure configuration
Globe or check-valve design, disc profile, travel and drawing revision.
Mating interfaces
Seat profile, stem or hinge-pin connection, surface finish and hardness pairing.
Fluid & verification
Medium, erosion conditions, pressure, temperature and complete-valve acceptance responsibility.
Material specification
Alloy grade, governing standard and revision, manufacturing condition and any restricted substances.
Order & acceptance
Approved drawing revision, quantity, blank or machined delivery, inspection criteria and required records.

Start with your drawing, specified alloy and quantity. Include the required delivery condition and acceptance records so the manufacturing and inspection scope can be reviewed.
